HOW TO USE KML FILE ON GOOGLE MAP MAKER

Following the previous post which showing how to create kml file from kmz in my track app. So now I'm going to show your more, how kml file is really useful in Google Map Maker.







In order to use kml file in Google Map Maker, you need to follow the steps below.

Launch your browser then go to: maps.google.com

Click on you custom maps then copy link address.

Open a new tab then go to: mapmaker.google.com then click the gear icon then select "Labs"

"Enable" Overlays then save.

Click on overlays then paste your kml file link then click add and ok.

This overlay will show you your custom map. enjoy adding and sharing the your local knowledge with the world.
